Mark is the Organizational Change and Service Desk Manager for the City & County of San Francisco’s Controller’s Office, overseeing the engagement, training, and user support for the over 36,000 employees and 15,000 suppliers who use the City’s Enterprise-wide Financials, Supply Chain, Budget, Learning, Business Intelligence and Human Capital Management applications. Prior to joining the Controller’s Office, Mark worked for over 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor, research analyst, and consultant, primarily focused on serving clients in the Power & Utilities sector.
